Serene Jungle Bungalow

Placed right in the heart of Lake Worth Beach, this serene bungalow offers an experience like no other. You can take a short walk to Bryant Park on the water, or downtown for the restaurants and night life. You can also hop in the car where you’re just a few minutes away from i95 in one direction, and island paradise in the other. Even though you’re located in the middle of everything, the beauty is being able to still hang out at home and get a serene, private, cozy, and unbothered experience.

This secluded oasis is a private multi-family dwelling in the historic Bryant Park neighborhood in Lake Worth Beach. Its ideal location is just a block from the expansive park along the Intracoastal Waterway with a bike bath along the water and countless amenities. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Palm Beach International AirPort, downtown West Palm Beach, 5 minute drive to 95, and 5 minutes walking to downtown Lake Worth Beach where all the nightlife, shops, events, parades, occur.

The property includes 2 identical and separate apartments that make up a property duplex. They are an exact mirror of each other and share a laundry room with its own private access as well, and of course the yard. Other than that they are private dwellings.

There is a third detached “studio” apartment occupied by the owner.

The yard is a tropical oasis of privacy and peace with plants intentionally groomed to attract birds and indigenous butterfly’s, plant species and beautiful vines. Although the entire yard is open and shared, each unit has its own sitting area and more spaces to be shared and enjoyed by all and light entertaining.

The inside of your rental unit is an open concept living room and kitchen, separate bedroom with large closet and one full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchenware for everyday needs indoor and outdoor. The eat-in counter height island doubles as storage and dining. There is also a separate dining area table surrounded by natural light from windows and either space can double as a convenient work space close to shelving where basic office necessities live. The marble countertops are porous so please use coasters! 😉

The living room has a plush and super comfortable couch with ottoman and large flat screen TV that feels like a little theater. Designed for comfort and lounging, small side tables and trays are provided for cups and popcorn bowls. There are throw blankets, books, puzzles and card games, privacy blinds and curtains for ambiance as well as functional control over privacy and sunlight allowance

You’ll have complete access to the front and back of your full apartment with no shared doors or spaces inside, and directly outside of your front door you’ll have a porch with patio furniture for your use.

There is additional shared space around the yard -
The backyard has ample space for lounging, eating, drinking, or hosting friends and family. Hosting guests is encouraged but please reach out to me for groups of 6 or more so we can plan accordingly.

Within the yard there are hammocks, sunning areas, dining areas, a grill, and an outdoor shower.

• The grill is located in the back that is shared as well. Please be respectful of other guests using it by cleaning when finished and allowing others enough time to finish their meals.

• Once you use the outdoor shower you won’t want to go back 😁 with that said, we ask a few things:

1. Please enter and exit in a bathing suit or cover up of some sort. We’re all adults here but for the respect of other guests, whatever happens in the shower stays there.
2. If you notice a guest using the shower, please give privacy / space for their peace and enjoyment.

I stay locally and will be able to assist with needs or emergencies, you can message or call me through the Airbnb app. This apartment is one in a duplex. The neighbors are other Airbnb guests who will be given the same instructions as you and share amenities. The detached studio is being converted into a music studio / media room; for those interested please feel free to ask about it! There are 2 cats named Loaf and Piper who patrol the neighborhood and keeps an eye on everyone 😁

This is a shared space, so please treat others the way you want to be treated! I am in and out a lot pruning and grooming the yard and are available and would love to get to know you; so don’t be shy with myself or other guests! When you are using the space to do work, quiet reading, or just trying to relax in silence you can ensure you will not be disturbed. Please extend that courtesy to other guests and respect their quiet enjoyment.

For pet owners strict direction will be provided and any animal waste in the yard must be picked up every time your pet does its business. While we do love animals, we need to prioritize the enjoyment of our other guests. Beyond direct instruction, please be aware of your animal(s) interacting with others for the comfort of all guests.
