You will have private and full access to our single level home which offers the following amenities:

✶GENERAL: Free wi-fi with streaming & WFH capability, linens, towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, central air and heat, hair dryer with diffuser, iron/board, extra blankets, initial supply of toiletries(toilet paper, paper towel), gas grill, and keyless entry.

✶BEACH NECESSITIES: We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach blankets, and beach toys for kids. We just ask that you rinse the sand off after use. There is a hose on the property.

✶SAFETY: Ring security system with access code, security cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and pool baby fence for child safety. Please note, security cameras and ring doorbells surround the exterior of the property. We do not actively monitor these cameras after your arrival. They are here for safety/liability purposes. There are absolutely NO cameras inside of the home.

✶BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have 1 queen bed, 2 nightstands, USB hubs for charging, 1 dresser, 1 closet, full length mirror, TV with streaming apps and firestick capability (login to your accounts or bring your firestick), remote control ceiling fan with dimmer. Additionally, the master bedroom has a private bathroom.

➡️Check-in Paperwork: We want to get you settled as quickly as possible! To help with that, please keep an eye out for our Rental Agreement in your inbox. Please sign and return it, along with the required $150 security deposit against any potential damage or loss of items, prior to your arrival.

➡️For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
