The place was completely overpriced. It was updated on the outside and inside, but not the pipes the pool was old and doesn’t function properly so it looks like a swamp pretty much the whole time. The house is priced as if it was high season. Maybe worth half the price at most. We had technicians coming to the house almost every day just to keep it somewhat functioning. The only reviews that I’ve seen of this house are people that have stayed one or two days tops. We stayed almost a month. Towards the middle of our stay, we kept on getting promises of a partial refund and we never received a partial refund. The host decided to offer us $600 which is to me a smack on the face, considering that my mother-in-law ended up in the emergency room and taken out from the house by an ambulance with afib. We warned the host that the heat of the room in the front could potentially cause this and ironically, it caused it the last day. Until this house is fully updated it is not worth staying.
Amazing experience! The home is beautifully furnished. We spent the majority of our time by the pool. Definitely will recommend this home! 10/10 experience. Melissa was great!
