La distribución de la casa es perfecta, es amplia, la piscina es buenísima y el área de juegos también.
Las camas son cómodas, el daybed que tiene uno de los cuartos es muy conveniente si viajas con niños.

El vecindario se percibe peligroso.
El área de la piscina no tiene cerradura con llave desde la calle, queda abierta el área cuando te vas a dormir. 
Si tu visita coincide con días de aseo, tú mismo tendrás que sacar el basurero a la acera.
Si tu visita coincide con días de mantenimiento de la piscina, entrará alguien a la propiedad a hacer su trabajo mientras está tu estadía sucediendo, y wow, el cloro nos irritó los ojos muchísimo. 
Encontramos platos sucios en la llegada, pelos en la ducha, y en la noche chiripas.
